• Monitor, respond to, and remediate cybersecurity alerts and incidents.
• Provide support for company-supplied products and attend vendor training sessions.

• Monitor security information and event management (SIEM) systems for security issues.

• Monitor services using Nagios and verify alerts.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with ADSL, SHDSL, and EFM services.
• Maintain communication with clients and ensure issues are resolved within SLAs.

• Provide support to bank partners for PCI-DSS compliance.
• Ensure clients meet security standards and provide world-class support.
• Document actions in tickets and resolve problems independently.

• Monitor services via Nagios and validate alerts.
• Diagnose and address issues with ADSL, SHDSL, and EFM services.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of client issues.

• Conduct drive testing and field measurements for network performance.
